5 Ways with Nordic Ware’s Anniversary Bundt Pan

We’re celebrating the fifth anniversary of Bake from Scratch with five fantastic recipes in Nordic Ware’s Anniversary Bundt Pan, a long-time favorite of our editor-in-chief, Brian Hart Hoffman! From seasonal Bundts to banana bread and a savory pull-apart treat, these recipes prove just about anything tastes better in a Bundt.

1. Pear-Crème Fraîche Pound Cake

Delicate Bosc pears stud this beautiful pound cake while crème fraîche enriches its batter and punctuates its tangy glaze. Flecked with vanilla bean paste and perfumed with the gentle flavor of almond extract, each bite of this Bundt cake promises complex texture and taste.

2. Banana Streusel Bread

Why yes, banana bread will Bundt! Our banana bread is an inverted Bundt beauty with plenty of crunchy cinnamon streusel topping that proves more addictive with each serving. Paired with a cup of coffee for a sweet breakfast or delicious afternoon snack, this banana bread is the perfect weekend treat.

3. Apple Dapple Cake

A vintage jewel of a recipe, Apple Dapple Cake is “dappled” with apple chunks and soaked in a butter-and-brown sugar sauce once you pull it hot from the oven. Tender and bursting with toffee notes, this richly spiced cake offers a delightfully warm finish to any autumn day. This is one Bundt you’ll be making all season long!

4. Garlic-Herb Monkey Bread

Looking for something savory to add to your brunch spread? Or maybe a little something extra to accompany dinner? Our garlic- and herb-packed pull-apart bread is the perfect centerpiece to any table thanks to the Anniversary Bundt Pan. Serve it as a delicious appetizer before any dinner or occasion!

5. Polish Babka

Polish babka is traditionally a round yeasted cake and, thus, destined to end up in the shape of NordicWare’s brilliant Anniversary Bundt Pan. Golden raisins, candied oranges, and dried cranberries are folded into the dough for a fruity sweetness, and a Sparkling Wine Syrup and glaze impart a taste of celebration.

  1. I just wanted to stop by and say thank you for helping me make one of the best Christmas desserts EVER! I made the Polish Babka for Christmas Eve dessert and it was amazing! My family loved it and we absolutely enjoyed it.

Thanks again for making my day!

  2. For Christmas my grandson told his parents that Granny needed a new pot with a hole in it. Having no idea what he was talking about, our daughter took him to the kitchen section of a large department store. After several trips down the aisles, he was pointing to my Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundt Pan in Rose Gold while exclaiming “That’s it Mommy! That’s what Granny needs!” This bundt pan makes the most beautiful cakes. I love it!
