Day One
Make Chocolate Cookies for Pinky Bar Cookies
Make Salted Caramel for Pinky Bar Cookies 
Make Raspberry Jam Filling for Shortbread Linzer Cookies
Bake Earl Grey Rollout Cookies
Make Marshmallow for Dark Chocolate Rocky Road and Pinky Bar Cookies
Assemble Pinky Bar Cookies (with still-warm Raspberry Marshmallow)

Day Two 
Bake Shortbread Linzer Cookies 
Make Salted Caramel Snickerdoodles
Make Sprinkle Macarons (rest in the refrigerator over night)
Make Dark Chocolate Rocky Road

Day Three
Assemble Shortbread Linzer Cookies
Make Hokey Pokey Candy 
Ice Earl Grey Rollout Cookies with Lemon Royal Icing 
Assemble Cookies in Box
