Cream Cheese Filling
 
Makes about 1½ cups
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces (113 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup (57 grams) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ teaspoon (2 grams) vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (240 grams) confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese at medium-low speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Beat in vanilla. Reduce mixer speed to low, and gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating until combined. Increase mixer speed to medium, and beat until fluffy, about 1 minute.
