Whiskey Whipped Cream
 
Makes about 2½ cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (240 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1½ tablespoons (18 grams) whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon (21 grams) clover honey
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at medium-high speed until medium-stiff peaks form. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
