Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
 
Makes about 1½ cups
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup (180 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon (12 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (6 grams) vanilla bean paste
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until medium-stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
