Sweetened Whipped Cream
Makes about 3 cups
  • 1½ cups (360 grams) heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup (60 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream and confectioners’ sugar at medium speed until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
