Ingredients
  • 2 cups (240 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons (40 grams) water
  • 2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons (40 grams) water, melted butter, salt, and almond extract until smooth. Use immediately.
