Date Caramel Buttercream
 
Makes about 5 cups
Ingredients
  • 5 cups (600 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup (227 grams) unsalted butter, softened
  • Date Caramel (recipe follows)
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat confectioners’ sugar, butter, and Date Caramel at medium speed until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
