Vegan Orange Sour Cream
 
Makes about ½ cup
Ingredients
  • ½ cup (120 grams) vegan sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest
  • ½ tablespoon (7.5 grams) fresh orange juice
  • ¼ teaspoon (1 gram) vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
