Strawberry Graham Cracker Crust
 
Makes 1 (9-inch) crust
Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup (87 grams) graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup (4 grams) freeze-dried strawberries, powdered
  • 2 tablespoons (24 grams) granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Firmly press mixture into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely. Use immediately.
