2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons (40 grams) heavy whipping cream
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
½ plump Bourbon-Madagascar vanilla bean, split lengthwise, seeds scraped
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and no lumps remain. Pour glaze into a bowl, and let cool until it falls of a spoon in a thick, heavy stream.
