Five-Spice Pomegranate Glaze
 
Makes about ½ cup
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (120 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) pomegranate juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) whole milk (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, pomegranate juice, and five-spice powder. Add milk to thin, if necessary.
