Five-Spice Pomegranate Glaze
- 1 cup (120 grams) confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 grams) pomegranate juice
- ¼ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tablespoon (15 grams) whole milk (optional)
- In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, pomegranate juice, and five-spice powder. Add milk to thin, if necessary.
