Almond Crumble Topping
 
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 3⁄4 cup (85 grams) slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1⁄2 cup (63 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1⁄2 cup (48 grams) almond flour, toasted
  • 1⁄2 cup (40 grams) old-fashioned oats, toasted
  • 1⁄2 cup (113 grams) cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1⁄4 cup (55 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (3 grams) kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat all ingredients at medium speed just until combined, 3 to 4 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
