Crème Fraîche Glaze

Ingredients
  • 1 cup (120 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (30 grams) Lillet Blanc
  • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) crème fraîche
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Use immediately.
