Strawberry Cream Cheese
Makes about 1 cup
  • 8 ounces (225 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (8 grams) freeze-dried strawberries, powdered (see Pro Tip on page 63)
  • ½ cup (73 grams) diced fresh strawberries
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese, freeze-dried strawberries, and fresh strawberries at medium-low speed until well combined. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
