Strawberry Cardamom Sugar
 
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup (150 grams) granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup (5 grams) freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon (2 grams) ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon (1 gram) lemon zest
Instructions
  1. In the work bowl of a food processor, place all ingredients; process until well combined. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
