Crumb Topping
 
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (110 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup (57 grams) cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon (2 grams) orange zest
Instructions
  1. Place flour, brown sugar, cold butter, and zest in a small bowl. Crumble with your fingertips until desired consistency is reached.
