Mascarpone Glaze
 
Makes about 1½ cups
Ingredients
  • 3½ cups (420 grams) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 5 tablespoons (75 grams) whole milk
  • ¼ cup (52 grams) mascarpone cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon (1.5 grams) kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth. Use immediately.
