Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces (226 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup (60 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk (19 grams)
  • ½ teaspoon (2 grams) vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter with a mixer at medium speed until combined and smooth, about 2 minutes. Add confectioners’ sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth, about 1 minute.
