Vanilla Glaze
 
Makes 1¾ cups
Ingredients
  • 5 cups (600 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • ⅓ cup (80 grams) whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 grams) fresh orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract*
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Use immediately.

*We used Heilala Pure Vanilla Extract
