Almond Cream Cheese Glaze
- 6 ounces (170 grams) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (30 grams) confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 grams) whole milk
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon almond extract
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, about 1 minute. Add confectioners’ sugar and all remaining ingredients, and beat until smooth.
