Almond Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces (170 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup (30 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) whole milk
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, about 1 minute. Add confectioners’ sugar and all remaining ingredients, and beat until smooth.
