Chocolate-Covered Pecans
- ½ cup (85 grams) miniature semisweet chocolate morsels
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 22 pecan halves, toasted
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate morsels and cream on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and smooth (about 1 minute total). Dip pecan halves halfway into chocolate, and place on a sheet of parchment paper; let dry.
