Praline Hazelnuts
 
Makes 3 cups
Ingredients
  • 2 cups (226 grams) chopped raw hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon egg white (3 grams)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together hazelnuts, sugar, and egg white. Pour hazelnuts onto prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes.
