Citrus Glaze
 
Ingredients
  • 3 cups (360 grams) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 5 tablespoons (75 grams) whole milk
  • 2½ tablespoons (52.5 grams) light corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons (4 grams) packed lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon (5 grams) tightly packed orange zest
  • ½ teaspoons (2 grams) vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon (1.5 grams) kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth. Use immediately.
