Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
  • 1 (8-ounce package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • ½ teaspoon (1.5 grams) kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, egg yolk, vanilla bean paste, and salt at medium speed until smooth and creamy, 4 to 5 minutes.
