- 1 (8-ounce package) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (120 grams) confectioners’ sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- ½ teaspoon (1.5 grams) kosher salt
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, egg yolk, vanilla bean paste, and salt at medium speed until smooth and creamy, 4 to 5 minutes.
