Peanut Butter Filling
  • ¼ cup (57 grams) unsalted butter, softened
  • ⅓ cup (73 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup (85 grams) creamy peanut butter
  1. In a medium bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with a mixer at medium speed until fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Add peanut butter, and beat just until combined. Use immediately.
