White Glaze
- 1 cup (120 grams) confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons (45 grams) whole milk
- In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar and milk. Place in a plastic piping bag fitted with a small round tip. Use immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
