Whipped Cream Topping
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (240 grams) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30 grams) crème fraîche*
  • 1 tablespoon (7 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) Irish whiskey*
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at medium speed until medium-stiff peaks form.
