Spiced Streusel
 
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup (67 grams) granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup (55 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1⅓ cups (167 grams) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon (1.5 grams) ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 grams) baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together sugars and salt until well combined. Stir in melted butter until well combined.
  2. In another medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and ginger. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
