Calling all Bundt bakers! We are headed to Minneapolis, Minnesota, home of Nordic Ware and the Bundt pan, for a hands-on baking retreat. Learn how to get perfect swirls in every slice, bake a Bundt with sharp edges to show off beautiful pan designs, glaze with precision, get confident with pan conversions so you can scale recipes to fit in different pans, and serve photo-worthy slices. Baking classes will be led by our editor-in-chief, Brian Hart Hoffman, and our baking and pastry editor, Tricia Manzanero Stuedeman, who will make sure you walk away from the weekend with better Bundt-baking skills.
