This Holiday season, we’re featuring a twirled up edition of a winter baking classic: the Gingerbread House. Architects-turned-bakers Bill Bowick and David Bouffard run Sugar Bakeshop, a Charleston institution known for creating charming gingerbread homes modeled after the city’s signature single house. With help from the baking duo, we recreated their gingerbread single house kit that they sell from the bakery every holiday season.
