What is your favorite recipe that you contributed to our cookbook?

Stacey Ballis: My favorite recipe that I contributed is the Sourdough Chocolate Loaf Cake. It is a perfect middle-ground bake: You can have it for breakfast, as a midday snack with coffee or tea, or with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream for dessert. There’s nothing like a chocolate treat you can eat all day long.
