Thalia Ho: My Spiced Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies are long-time favorites that have become a staple in my kitchen. The molten pools of dark chocolate throughout are by far the best part. The little hint of sea salt on top is highly addictive, too. I keep a few stashed in the freezer to bake off when a sweet whim strikes. I’m sure readers will feel the same about them—they’re that good!
