A traditional savarin bundt mould the simple shape was named after Jean Anthelme Brillat Savarin, the french lawyer who wrote the “physiology of taste”. Features its makers mark “ADAMS & SON 26 BURY ST LONDON S.W.”, initials “N, A” and a engraved crest/crown. C.1870
