In his new cookbook, The Bundt Collection, Brian Hart Hoffman shares recipes and tips for baking beautiful Bundts. In this class, we’ll make a Pumpkin Mascarpone Bundt Cake with Mascarpone Glaze and an Apple Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut Bundt Cake. We’ll be joined by Nordic Ware’s Jennifer Dalquist to learn the history of Bundt cakes.
