I paid $9.99 for your magazine they iTunes, download d the app and its asking me to buy a subscription and won’t load the magazine I’ve already purchased. This is a rip off and just a way for this magazine to scam money. Extremely disappointed.

If you’ve purchased a single issue it most definitely should not be asking you to buy a subscription. If you’re on an iOS (Apple device) please go to the Main Menu and make sure you “Sign In”. Next please go to “Settings & Help” and select “Restore Purchases”.
If this doesn’t restore your purchase please let us know.
